How Surveys are Conducted

Craciun Research utilizes Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) technology and workstations.

Our systems incorporate state-of-the-art software that efficiently manages the outgoing or incoming telephone numbers of respondents.  Ensuring we’re talking to the right people in the right location at the time that is best for them.

CATI technology prompts the researcher to ask the correct questions based upon built-in skip and rotation patterns written especially for your study.  Eliminating the need to ask everyone the same series of questions, which can aggravate the respondent and cost you time and money.

Craciun Research can provide the collected data in any format required.  In addition, collected data (or your existing database) can be integrated, standardized, augmented and verified, to cleanse and model information for superior business intelligence.

We will also store all collected data for future use, facilitating trend analysis and comparisons at any level.  Your data is secure on our protected servers, which utilize redundant (RAID) technology and is backed up 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
